Privacy Policy

The data controller is the Jueguecillos team, which manages jueguecillos.com. For any privacy question, contact contacto@jueguecillos.com or use the contact page.

This policy covers browsing the site, using its games, and communications you send us. You do not need to create an account to play.

Depending on how you use the site, the following categories of information may be handled:

• • Technical and connection data: IP address, date and time, browser, operating system, device, requested page, and security or error logs. Infrastructure providers may process this data to deliver and protect the service.
• • Game data and preferences: results, streaks, settings, and language. Much of this is stored locally in your browser; shared challenges may use session storage.
• • Analytics: identifiers and usage data from Google Analytics, only after you provide the relevant consent.
• • Advertising: identifiers, interactions, and data needed to serve or measure Google AdSense ads, only after you consent to advertising.
• • Communications: your email address and anything you choose to include when contacting the team.

We handle data only where a valid legal basis applies:

• • Provide the website, remember your language, and run the games: performance of the requested service and use of strictly necessary technology.
• • Measure use with Google Analytics and serve or measure advertising with Google AdSense: your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
• • Play YouTube videos: your consent to the functionality category.
• • Protect the site, diagnose errors, and prevent abuse: our legitimate interest in maintaining a secure and available service.
• • Respond to your messages: deal with your request and, where applicable, take pre-contractual steps or comply with legal duties.

CookieScript manages the consent panel. Analytics, advertising, and video technologies remain blocked until you accept the relevant category. You can accept, reject, or configure categories and later withdraw consent through the permanent Cookie settings link in the footer.

Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing completed beforehand. See the Cookie Policy for categories, third parties, and retention periods.

We may use providers acting as processors or independent controllers, depending on the service: Cloudflare for infrastructure and security; CookieScript for consent management; and Google for Analytics, AdSense, and YouTube.

We do not sell personal data. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers rely on an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses, or another valid safeguard. See Google's Privacy Policy and the CookieScript Privacy Policy.

We retain each item only for as long as needed for its purpose and to address possible liabilities. Preferences and games saved locally remain until you delete them or clear the site's browser data; session data is removed when the session ends according to your browser.

Technical logs are limited to the period needed for security, diagnostics, and legal duties. Communications are kept while your enquiry is handled and for applicable limitation periods. Analytics, advertising, and consent data are kept for the periods configured or described in the Cookie Policy and by the provider.

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or objection, and withdraw consent, by writing to contacto@jueguecillos.com. State the right you wish to exercise and provide only the information needed to verify your identity where necessary.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), particularly if you believe your request was not properly handled.

Jueguecillos is a general-access games site and does not require registration. We do not intentionally seek personal data from children. In Spain, when consent-based processing concerns a child under 14, consent must be provided by their parent or legal guardian. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, although no Internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security. Keep your browser updated and avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
